Lead ideation and design of low-fidelity to high-fidelity wireframes at every stage of the end-to-end (E2E) process for an NFC blockchain-driven app and a B2B SaaS dashboard.

Using blockchain as a solution
Berify aims to offer solutions for tackling counterfeit products and improving customer experiences using blockchain authentication and dynamic content.
Product authentication
A 2020 study showed that annual sales losses from counterfeit products in just the clothing sector alone totaled over 28 billion USD. With counterfeiting on the rise, brands are seeking product authentication solutions to protect brand identity and prevent losses.
While QR codes are commonly adopted to address these issues, they soon become ineffective tools due to ease of replication and lack of tamper resistance. QR codes can be easily copied or reproduced, making them susceptible to counterfeiting.
Berify’s blockchain technology uses NFC tags that are near impossible to clone.
Customer engagement
In today’s landscape where personalized and targeted marketing approaches are preferred, generic strategies such as mass emails as well as irrelevant and repetitive social media content tend to discourage customer engagement.
Berify offers an app experience for customers to physically interact with the product-embedded NFC tags to view exclusive content, redeem NFTs, unlock special promotions, enter giveaways, and earn points and rewards through a loyalty program.
Brands can fully customize app scan experiences through a dashboard and publish changes live at any time, anywhere.
The intersection between software and hardware
NFC (Near-Field Communication) Tags
Berify offers special NFC tags, that are app-compatible. When a consumer scans the Berify-programmed NFC tag with the Berify app, they can view product authentication screens and additional content.

My goal was to design the app interface to enable a frictionless NFC scanning experience while integrating screens for customers to view authentication and dynamic content display of exclusive content.

Drawing upon the conducted research and guided by the design objectives, I organized my designs around the following principles:
Deliver a smooth scanning experience that offers users a simple and intuitive scan function activation.
Emphasize video and image visual presentation to promote more interactive user engagements.
Provide convenient access to CTA buttons, ensuring they remain easily accessible to users as they navigate the screen
After collecting feedback, I created high fidelity wireframes. I conducted reviews with stakeholders to ensure alignment before development handoff.
